When I was a child, my favorite class was art. As I got older, this love never faded and eventually I went to college to study art education. After my time at Appalachian State, I began teaching and painting commissions on the side. I love all things art.

I use oil paints to create portraits. I love painting and capturing the memory of a place someone has traveled or a pet that has passed on.
